Preparation Steps for Your Salon Visit
Step 1: Allocate Enough Time
For new clients, please allow a minimum of 2 hours for your first visit. Depending on your hair’s texture and thickness, the appointment may take longer. This ensures we have ample time for a thorough consultation and service.
Step 2: Send Hair Photos
To better understand your hair type and needs, please send pictures of your hair from the front, side, and back when you schedule your appointment. This helps us prepare for your visit and tailor our services to your specific hair type.
Step 3: Arrive with Natural Hair
Ensure your hair is completely dry, detangled, and in its natural state with minimal products. Avoid ponytails, clips, or headbands. This allows us to see your natural curl pattern and provide the best possible cut and treatment.

Your appointment is very important to us, and we understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 24 to 48 hours’ notice.
