Your appointment is very important to us, and we understand that unexpected situations arise. We would greatly appreciate it if you could give us 24 to 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This will give us an opportunity to reach out to other clients who may be on our waiting list.

How to Get Ready for Your Salon Visit

New Clients: Please allow a minimum of 2 hours for your first visit. Depending on your hair’s texture and thickness, the appointment may take longer. This initial service includes hands-on education and tips to help you feel more confident when styling your hair at home. If possible, please send pictures of your hair (front, side, and back) when you schedule your appointment.

How to Prepare: Arrive with your hair completely dry, detangled, and in its natural state with minimal products. Refrain from putting your hair in a ponytail, using clips, or wearing a headband. It is important that your curls hang naturally and are not stretched out to ensure the best possible outcome of your cut.
